A bold and playful geometric paper collage with a sewing theme. This piece was lovingly hand-sewn over several days. To begin, I drew pins in ink on brown paper, and then used them to create a unique patchwork along with other printed and painted papers. The piece evolved naturally as I added more patches, hand embroidery, and a touch of sparkling magic with stitched-on sequins. Truly a labor of love.
FRAMED in a simple light grey frame.
